Cali Burrito
Fries in a burrito, need we say more? Our Cali burrito is a cult favourite for a reason, with our beautiful skin-on fries replacing rice, and sour cream and guacamole included. Nothing like a bit of California love!

Enchilada

Fajita
Think of a fajita as a Burrito 2.0. We take your favourite regular burrito or bowl and add freshly sautéed capsicum, mushrooms, onion and corn, plus a drizzle of vinaigrette and crema.

Quesadilla
Pronounced ‘ke-suh-dee-uh’, Quesadillas are the toastie of Mexico. We take a flour tortilla and sandwich your favorite fillings inside with Jack Cheese, then grill it to melted perfection.

Salad
If you’re feeling like something lighter, we’ve also mastered the art of making salads. Using a range of fresh vegetables, we add an extra flavour-hit to your salad by topping it off with your favourite filling.

Grilled Chicken
After sourcing the best chicken, we hand-rub fresh-cut thigh and drum fillets with GYG’s delicious Guerrero marinade then char-grill and cut to order.
Our Spicy Grilled Chicken is served with a splash of Guerrero marinade to give it that extra kick.
If you want to take your chicken to the next level, try it with pickled jalapeños or a little bit of spice from our Smoky Chipotle Salsa. If you’re a spice lover, get hotter with our Habanero Salsa.
Grilled Steak
We get our Aussie steaks expertly trimmed before char-grilling and dicing to order. For our Mild option we season to perfection and for those who like the Spicy kick we hand-rub them down with GYG’s Chipotle marinade to give them that spicy, smoky, barbeque flavour.
For extra heat, we recommend pickled jalapenos and our Habanero Salsa, or keep smokin’ it up with our Smoky Chipotle Salsa.
Pulled Pork
Good pulled pork takes time. We quickly pan-sear pork shoulder and then slow-cook it for hours until it’s so tender it falls apart. We then hand-pull the meat and season it with our delicious Chipotle marinade (Spicy).
Our Pulled Pork Chipotle goes great with pickled jalapenos and our Habanero Salsa, or our Smoky Chipotle Salsa, if you want even more smoky goodness.
Ground Beef (Mince)
From Mexico to Guzman y Gomez, our Ground Beef (mince) is full of flavour and family heritage.
Try it in our signature $3 taco or as a filling in your favourite GYG menu item. Add pickled Jalapeños if you want an extra hit of flavour!
Pan Seared Barramundi
If you're after something light and fresh, try our Pan Seared Barramundi. We hand-cut Barramundi fillets, then pan-sear them until golden. We then finish them off with our delicious garlic-black pepper-oregano-paprika-lemon Salsa del Mar sauce. Yum!
Try it with our Roasted Jalapeno Salsa and coriander. They complement this dish perfectly - if we do say so ourselves.
Sautéed Vegetables
Vegetarian? No hay problema! We quickly sautée seasonal Australian vegetables and serve with our fresh, house-made Guacamole.
Try it with our Roasted Jalapeno Salsa, or our Smoky Chipotle Salsa for added spice.
Pulled Shiitake
After years of searching for the perfect plant-based filling to add to our menu, we finally found the one! Our Shredded Mushroom filling is a barbacoa style plant-based shredded Shiitake Mushroom made with smoked paprika, garlic and onion. We season it with our delicious Smokey Chipotle (Spicy). This one is a must try - even for the carnivores!

Head to our Salsa Station to fine-tune your meal exactly how you like it, with mild to hot salsas, or our selection of Mexican-style pickles, freshly chopped cilantro, and Spanish onion. Best of all? They’re all free at every GYG!
