Mexi Mayo Pulled Shiitake Taco Has Arrived!

Attention plant-loving legends: Do we have news for you! After years of development, we are very excited to announce the launch of our brand new plant-based filling: The Pulled Shiitake! This amazing feat of culinary delights is going to blow you away!

To celebrate the launch, we have introduced a brand spankin’ new taco, The Mexi Mayo Pulled Shiitake Taco. Made with a fresh soft shell flour tortilla, filled with shredded mushroom, crisp iceberg lettuce and topped with GYG’s signature Pico de Gallo and vegan Mayo. Taco-bout delicious! And it doesn’t stop there – from bowls to burritos, the insanely flavourful protein filling will be available for lunch and dinner for all plant-loving legends.

After years of research and development we have uncovered the perfect plant-based protein filling. In collaboration with Aussie real food innovators, Fable Food Co, we have developed a mouthwatering Mushroom protein filling seasoned with GYG’s distinctive authentic Mexican flavours including smoked paprika, garlic and onion. We’re OBSESSED with this delicious new addition and we know you will be too!
